My husband Phil and I have, over the years, tried make everything in terms of food and drink ourselves. Whether it be beer, wine, mead, food. You name it, we have tried it. We also have been trying to take the approach of cleaner eating. Kombucha has live cultures that help as probiotics, and Barre Bars are the closest thing to what I make at home to boost energy. Unfortunately, we do not have all the time on our hands to make everything, so it is nice to know there are products locally that are just as good and clean as making them yourself. I wanted to bring these two companies together to chat about what it is like opening a small business in Pittsburgh, and how they came about creating success from what they made in their kitchens. This was a super fun, and engaging group, just four people doing there thing in Pittsburgh, and loving it.
