I felt called to record this because I am seeing so
many messages about grief during the holidays and I wanted to share
some inspiration of what has been happening for me during my time
of grief regarding the space we have to keep up appearances for
hosting, toasting and showing up during the holidays.
How to release the shame of "not doing
enough"
How vulnerability can ease this pain and form
meaningful connection.
If I could have the world listen to this episode, I
would. The key point is to have compassion for yourself and to be
vulnerable enough to ask for help (and I lead you through an
exercise of exactly how to do that if it feels impossible.)
